Services include business plan development; marketing plan development and implementation; small business administration micro-loan application assistance; locating other financial resources; managerial evaluation; referral services; loan preparation; employee recruitment assistance; and completing applications required by various state and federal agencies for identification numbers, sellers’ permits and various tax forms. (OAEDC) is the economic development arm of the Oshkosh Chamber created to promote the growth and expansion of new and existing businesses in the Oshkosh area.
